Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Accelerates growth of sales, defines and execute appropriate sales strategies, business development, marketing and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on both the companys and competitors application offering and services.
  • Supervise a team of account executives who work on the day to day running of the accounts, works to ensure customers satisfaction with the deliverable services and also identify new customers and business opportunities 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining client business requirements and recommending relevant solutions to meet those needs to deliver new consulting and recurring revenue
  1. Manage a portfolio of accounts to meet or exceeds annual sales target for an assigned business unit/ sub-segment
  2. Drive & manage account executives to implement account plan, which will be a combination of growing traditional products and develop new sales from any digital services, to achieve annual revenue target
  3. Addresses complex customer business problem through solution offerings. Develops a compelling value proposition for our solution based on a solid business case and its overall impact on the customersagenda as well as company goals to deliver sustained performance in term of securing revenue base and address new business opportunities
  4. Monitor the volume of sales in accordance with the variety of products that are on the market, and ensure that retail prices are kept current in accordance with supply and demand, economic strategies, market trends and relevant competition
  5. Stay updated on shifts in the market and create sales plans to effectively navigate those changes
  6. Develop/grow the customer base
  • Develop strategic business relationships with key decision makers including customer senior management.
  1. Build and maintain relationships with customers senior management and middle management often through regular face to face contact and meetings
  2. Act as the first point of contact for customers questions and requests
  3. Work with other departments in the organization in order to facilitate customer requests
  4. Work closely with customers to develop an account development plan
  5. Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
  • Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel and sales support team (Sales Force Management)
  • Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with variety of stakeholders


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Experience in telecom operator or System Integrator in B2B is a plus
  • Having sales experience in Technology Products, Services, Solutions and offerings
  • At least 10 years of Senior Sales Management experience with clear career progression
  • Proven professional history of achieving impressive sales results, Expertise executing sales strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective customers up to Board level
  • Proficiency in negotiation, meeting customer service need, sales planning as well as strong in deal closing
  • High level of analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in spoken and written English language
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
