บริษัท Optiwise ประกอบธุรกิจด้านการออกแบบและพัฒนา Platform เพื่อสนับสนุนงานการสื่อสารขององค์กร ด้วยประสบการณ์ของทีมงานที่มีมากกว่า 10 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการสื่อสารและไอที เรามีความเข้าใจในการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีที่มีประสิทธิภาพ

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- มองหาโอกาส เฟ้นหา และพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าหรือผู้ที่อาจจะเป็นลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภันฑ์และบริการ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า และทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้บริการหลังการขาย
- รับผิดชอบและติดตามกระบวนการทำงาน ควบคุมงานให้มีคุณภาพในโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เก็บผลตอบรับ (feedback) ทำรายงานสรุปลูกค้าที่ดูแล และเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงพัฒนางานขาย งานบริการลูกค้า
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี หรือถ้ายังไม่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน เรายินดีรับน้องๆ นักศึกษาจบใหม่
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและเจรจรที่ดีมาก สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานด้านการบริการลูกค้า
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีเกี่ยวกับเว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชั่นเป็นอย่างดี
- รับผิดชอบ รอบคอบ ขยันหมั่นเพียร ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด และสามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
- กล้าที่จะโทรนัดลูกค้า (cold call) มีความอดทน และติดตามผลงานถึงที่สุด
- มีบุคลิกและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ (Teamwork)
- มีความอดทน กระตือรือร้นและรักความท้าทายใหม่ๆ พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่อยู่เสมอ (Growth Mindset)
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในการขายหรือดูแลลูกค้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ เวลา 9:30-18:30
- สถานที่ทำงานเดินทางสะดวกเพียง 200 เมตร จากสถานี MRT ลุมพินี หรือ 800 เมตรจากสถานี BTS ศาลาแดง
- สามารถแต่งชุดลำลองสบายๆ เสื้อยืด กางเกงยีน และรองเท้าผ้าใบ มาทำงานได้
- ที่ทำงานใกล้สวนสาธารณะ (สวนลุมพินี) สามารถไปวิ่ง-เดินหลังเลิกงานได้
- ประกันชีวิต, ประกันอุบัติเหตุ และประกันสุขภาพ (ผู้ป่วยนอก, ผู้ป่วยใน, อุบัติเหตุ, ทำฟัน)
