Qualifications:
- Male or female with Bachelor Degree and/or higher, proven successful sales records with a minimum of 1 years sales & marketing and customer service experience in vertical industries
- Excellent in interpersonal, attitude (service-minded, sales oriented, team work focus), good appearance, strong commitment, smart working in a changing and a high competitive
environment
- Strong interpersonal leadership style and presentation skills, marketing strategic planning, analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent command in English. Good in computer skills (Words, Excel, Access, Power Point)
- Eager to learn new things and enjoy dealing with challenging situations
- Own transportation
Responsibilities:
- Manage and secure the existing key accounts with ability to solve the issue and problems in order to satisfy the customers and work well under extreme pressure
- Achieve set growth revenue target, cross selling and complaint handling KPI with company incentive
- Deliver innovative and profitable results in a customer-centric environment by working closely and effectively with customers
- Manage to solve the issue and problems
- Deliver and promote the value-added solutions with technology record management & IT on-line
- Must work along side with customer service team and operation department
- Responsible for supporting sales team in sales and product training
