• Reporting to the Telesales Manager
• Responsible for creating new business opportunities and sales of online property media.

 Requirements:

• Age 25 - 35 years old.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a sales related role, preferably in Telesales or Call Center
• Ability to "open" doors and establish communications and businesses with new clients
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, positive, persistent, target-oriented, enthusiastic
• Fluent in Thai, polished in verbal skills & Internet savvy
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel

พนักงานขายทางโทรศัพท์

หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบ

• รับผิดชอบในการมองหากลุ่มลูกค้าค้าใหม่ ๆ
• ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับสื่ออสังหาริมทรัพย์ออนไลน์ รวมถึงการใช้งานเว็บไซต์เบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์
• นำเสนอ, แนะนำ และสอบถามถึงความต้องการในการใช้งานของลูกค้าพร้อมปิดการขาย
• มีความสามารถในการจัดการกับการถูกปฏิเสธ และอารมณ์ของลูกค้าได้ดี
• ใช้ระบบปฎิบัติงานสำหรับงานขาย ในการบันทึกข้อมูลการขาย
• สนับสนุนประสิทธิภาพของทีมโดยการแชร์วิธีการ และแนวทางการขาย
• สร้างยอดขายตามเป้าหมายของแผนกและทีม ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (รายเดือนและรอบไตรมาส)
• รายงานต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย

คุณสมบัติ

• อายุ 25 - 35 ปี สัญชาติ ไทย ทุกเพศ
• มีประสบการณ์ในด้านงานขายทางโทรศัพท์ หรือ Call Centerอย่างน้อย2ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความสามารถ และ ประสบการณ์ในการขายลูกค้าใหม่ทางโทรศัพท์ได้อย่างดี
• มีความสามารถ ในการใช้น้ำเสียงที่ดีมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการเจรจราสื่อสาร พูดคุย ซักถาม และให้คำแนะนำ
• มีความสามารถในการพูดภาษาไทยได้อย่าง ชัดเจน และคล่องแคล่ว
• มีทัศนคติที่ดีกับงานขาย และมุ่งมั่นให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้
• มีความรู้ ความสามารถพื้นฐาน ในการอินเตอร์เน็ต เบื้องต้น
• มีความรู้ คามสารถพื้นฐานในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft โดยเฉพาะ Excel
