Our client is manufacturer for products which the office is located close to BTS Asoke is currently looking for a qualified candidate as a below information.

Job responsibilities

  • To be responsible of daily transactions and communicate with Accounting Agency Details
  • Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
  • Prepare documents about financial transactions by entering account information
  • Reconcile transactions with statements
  • Prepare and disburse Quotation, Invoice, Purchase Order to customers
  • Manage daily cashflow (AR&AP)
  • Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operation *Account Closure will be done by the Accounting Agency
  • Closely communicate with the agency and MD to ensure all payments are made in accordance with company policy
  • Support other administrative tasks if needed

Qualifications 

  • At least 4 years experience as Accounting (including AR, AP)
  • English Skill or Japanese Skill *business use of writing email, documentation, verbal communication with internal/external are required
  • PC Skill (MS Office/ Excel/ Powerpoint)
  • Bachelor's Degree

More Information

Base Salary: Up to 50K

Working days: Mon – Fri (8.30 a.m. – 5.15 p.m.) Sat 1-2/ a week

Benefits: Bonus 
Social Insurance
Transportation Allowance: 2,500THB/month (fixed)

Meal Allowance: 1,000THB/month (fixed)
Language Allowance: JLPT N3: 3,000THB, JLPT N2: 4,000THB
Diligent Allowance: 500THB
Company PC provided
