Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Support ระบบ SAP ส่วนของ Business Process, Configuration, Functional Spec และ Implementation เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกระบวนการทำงานตามนโยบายบริษัท รวมถึงการสื่อสารกับ Abaper ได้เป็นอย่างดี เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดกับธุรกิจขององค์กร
นำเสนอแนวทางในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานให้ดีขึ้น รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการทำงานของระบบ SAP และ Interface ต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
แนะนำและเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ให้กับผู้ใช้งานในระบบ SAP เพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
ประสานงาน ระหว่างทุกฝ่าย ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับซอฟต์แวร์ SAP และ ซอฟแวร์ อื่นๆ เพื่อให้เข้าใจเหตุการณ์หรือข้อมูลที่เกิดขึ้นภายในองค์กรได้ถูกต้อง และเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
ตรวจสอบและบริหารจัดการ เอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ SAP และ ซอฟแวร์ อื่นๆ ให้ทันสมัยและถูกต้องอยู่เสมอ

Qualifications:

ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือเทียบเท่า
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานทาง ด้านระบบ ERP SAP หรือ อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปี
มีความรู้ การทำงานของระบบ ERP SAP อย่างน้อย 1 โมดูล เช่น MM, SD ในหน้าที่ Support และมีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบงาน ERP ในแต่ละโมดูล
สามารถวิเคราห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน SAP (AS-IS) พร้อมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาออกแบบระบบเพื่อพัฒนา Application สำหรับผู้ใช้งาน (TO-BE) ได้อย่างเหมาะสม
มีความเข้าใจ และสามารถออกแบบกระบวนการทำงานทางธุรกิจ (Business Process), Function, Technical ระบบงาน SAP ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
มีทักษะในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ERP และซอฟแวร์ อื่น มาอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
