Job Description
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Accountabilities)
- บริหารงานบริการหลังการขาย และรับแจ้งแก้ไขเรื่องผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐานและความคาดหวังของลูกค้า อาทิ งานวัดพื้นที่, งานผลิต, งานติดตั้งสินค้า
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับลูกค้า รายงานความคืบหน้า เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจ
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่เสมอ
- จัดทำและบริหารงบประมาณเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 33 - 40 ปีเท่านั้น
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านบริการหลังการขาย
แบบ order processing และ made to order
ระดับหัวหน้างาน อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป - หากมาจากธุรกิจ made to order, order processing จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และทำงานภายใต้สภาวะแรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในเชิงสถิติระดับดีเยี่ยม
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาค่าตอบแทนเป็นพิเศษ
