Responsibilities

• Setting and planning project management policy and participate in setting company goal and strategy.
• Planning long term corporate plan and yearly action plan to present to board team.
• Managing low-rise product rely on company goal and strategy.
• Managing and monitoring budget and costing of each project to be efficient depend on action plan.
• Consulting and mentoring all subordinate to solving problem in effective way, leading project management and including motivating strategy.
• Monitoring constructing process and update stage of construction.
• Consulting and brainstorming with product development, marketing, business development team in order to planning timing, budgeting and construction planning.
• Responsible for any assignment from supervisor.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Civil engineer
• At least 10 years experienced in management and property development.
• Leadership skill, communication skill, problem solving and planning skill is required.
• Able to use computer and good command in English.
