- Plan and execute new marketing campaigns on several platforms, e.g. Google, and other ad networks with a particular focus on driving ROI by helping team meet and exceed acquisition & lead gen goals
- Lead a cross-function marketing team, and expand it to facilitate our fast-growing business
- Test and analyze key metrics, optimize performance to meet business’ objectives
- Manage online marketing contents and performs data-driven optimization of campaigns on Google Search and Display Networks. (Focus on mobile ads)
- Derive marketing insights on customer preference from current campaigns
- Day-to-day liaison and work closely with the team to evolve and enhance optimization strategies & execution

Requirements | คุณสมบัติ
- 2 years of experiences managing ads campaigns in Google AdWords or media buying within similar channels. Prefer app install, game install, ppc advertising.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concept, strategy and best practice.
- Good understanding in mobile app install, game install. ppc advertising. (certification a plus)
- Solid knowledge of website/mobile analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tune, etc.)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working in digital agency/media agency/ad network/game publisher is a plus
- Interest in startup business and culture, financial technology is a big plus
- Good taste in music is also a plus
