ทำงานที่เดียวมาตั้งแต่เรียนจบ ค่อยๆไต่เต้าขึ้นไปจนอยู่จุดสูงสุดของสายงานใน บ.นี้แล้ว แต่ไม่มีความสุขเหมือนเมื่อก่อน อยากออกจาก comfort zone แล้ว อยากจะเริ่มทำอะไรใหม่ๆ ใน บ.ที่ทำงานเป็นระบบและเห็นว่าพนักงานเป็นทรัพยากรที่สำคัญของ บ. ค่ะ

เข้าใจเลยครับ ส่วนตัวมองว่า comfort zone นี่เป็นเหมือนกับดักการเติบโตเลยครับ ถ้าเป้าหมายในตอนนี้ยังตเ้องการเติบโตอยู่อย่าเพิ่งยึดติดกับ comfort zone ครับ สู้ๆ
