สวัสดีค่ะ
พึ่งลองเข้าสายงาน HR แบบเต็มตัว ได้ 1 เดือนค่ะ
ก่อนหน้านี้เป็นสรรหา 2 ปี และทำธุรการคลังสินค้า 3 ปี
รู้สึกสนใจงานด้าน HR สรรหา มากกว่า HR แบบเต็มตัวค่ะ
และอยากได้งานที่ไม่ต้องนั่งบริษัทประจำ
- ชอบทำงานร่วมกับคนเยอะๆมากกว่า เพราะจากประสบการณ์การเป็นธุรการคลังมาค่ะ ทำให้รู้ว่าชอบทำงานกับบริษัทอุตสาหกรรมมากว่าบริษัทที่เป็น หจก. ค่ะ
