เราทำงานสาย Customer Service มาโดยตลอด และต้องบอกว่าเราชอบงานสายนี้มากจริงๆ ค่ะ ชอบที่ได้แก้ปัญหาในแต่ละเรื่องที่เข้ามาไม่เหมือนกันกัน และมองตัวเองไว้แล้วว่าอยากไปสายงานนี้ให้สุด แต่ยังขาดข้อมูลว่าที่สุดของสายงานนี้มันจะไปได้ถึงตำแหน่งงานไหน รบกวนทุกคนที่มี Career Path สายนี้ ช่วยแชร์ประสบการณ์เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อหลายๆ คนที่มีจุดหมายแบบเราหน่อยค่ะ ขอบคุณมากค่ะ
