เราเพิ่งเข้ามาทำงานเป็น CS คอยโทรคุยกับลูกค้าตลอดทั้งวัน เพิ่งเข้าใจเลยว่า “อารมณ์เสียเพราะลูกค้า แต่ต้องทำเสียงหวาน” มันโหดกว่าที่คิดเยอะค่ะ บางวันกลับบ้านมานิ่งเฉยไปเลยเพราะเอาพลังไปใช้ตอนคุยทั้งวัน มีใครมีวิธีจัดการอารมณ์หลังเลิกงานบ้างไหมคะ?
