ผมเป็น Project Manager น้องใหม่ ในสายงาน Tech ตอนนี้ถือโปรเจกต์อยู่ 3 ตัวในเวลาเดียวกันแต่ละตัวเดดไลน์ไม่ตรง ลูกค้าไม่เหมือน ทีมก็ไม่เหมือน ต้องคอยคุมทั้ง 3 โปรเจกซ์ใหญ่นี้ในระดับเวลาเท่ากัน
สิ่งที่ยาก คือ ทำยังไงให้งานทุกชิ้นมีคุณภาพ? ใครมีสูตรจัดการอะไรแบบนี้แนะนำหน่อยครับ
