เคยเป็นไหมคะ เวลาทำงานอะไรจะชอบและทุ่มเทจนสุดตัว ทิ้งทั้งเรียน(ป.โท) และกลับบ้านช้าเกือบทุกวัน / งานอะไรที่ว่ายาก ไม่ค่อยกลัว ยิ่งพอแก้ปัญหางานยากนั้นได้ ยิ่งสนุก …อยากปล่อยวางบ้างจะได้เบาๆตัวลง แต่ยากจัง /#ฉันบ้างานเหรอ

เข้าใจเลยค่ะ บางทีงานไม่เสร็จก็อยากทำให้เสร็จก่อนไม่งั้นนอนไม่หลับเลยแต่เราจะพยายามคิดว่าคนเราต้องมีความบาลานซ์ในชีวิตไม่งั้นร่างกายจะไม่ไหวเอา ยังไงลองปรับดูนะคะ ขอให้มีความสุขกับการทำงานนะคะ
