ผมเป็นหัวหน้าตั้งแต่อายุน้อยครับ แต่เวลาเข้าประชุมแล้วเสนอไอเดีย มักจะโดนเพ่งเล็งหรือถูกมองข้ามตลอด ทั้งที่องค์กรเป็นคนโปรโมตผมขึ้นมาเอง เลยแอบน้อยใจเหมือนกันครับ ไม่รู้ว่าควรรับมือยังไงดี มีใครเคยเจอสถานการณ์แบบนี้บ้างไหมครับ?
