เราเข้ามารับตำแหน่งผู้จัดการมาได้ระยะหนึ่งแล้ว ด้วยการที่อายุยังไม่มากทำให้มีปัญหาเวลาสั่งงานกับคนที่โตกว่า จึงอยากปรึกษาคนที่ประสบการณ์หรือผ่านเรื่องเหล่านี้มาแล้วว่ามีวิธีจัดการอย่างไรบ้างคะ ?

สำหรับเรามองว่าสั่งงานอะไรไปต้องมีหลักฐานค่ะ เพราะถ้าเขาไม่ทำแล้วบอกคนอื่นมาเขาที่อายุมากกว่าจะดูน่าเชื่อถือกว่าในมุมเรานะคะ ส่วนการใช้คำพูดก็อาจจะเป็นไม่ใช่การสั่งแต่เป็นการบอกหรือแนะนำแทนค่ะ
