Marketing Communication Officer
สวัสดีค่ะ ขอคำแนะนำจากเพื่อน ๆ สายการตลาดค่ะ
ตอนนี้ทำ Marketing Executive มา 4 ปีกว่า ที่ปัจจุบัน (ประสบการณ์รวม 8 ปี) เงินเดือน 26K + incentive 1–2K
งานหลักคือ Offline/Event แบบ End-to-End คุมงบงานสูงสุด 1M พัฒนา POSM / Packaging / Catalog / แคมเปญ / Branding และประสานงานหลายฝ่ายจนปิดโปรเจกต์
กำลังเรียนป.โท และกำลังมองหางานใหม่เพื่อโอกาสเติบโตและเพิ่มรายได้ค่ะ
เพื่อน ๆ คิดว่าควรตั้งเงินเดือนช่วงประมาณเท่าไหร่ และตำแหน่งไหนดีต่อในการเติบโต (เช่น Senior Event Marketing / Trade / Brand)

ถ้ามองเรื่องการเติบโต แนะนำให้ขยับเป็น Senior Marketing Executive / Brand Executive / Trade Marketing Executive ได้เลยครับ
ส่วนเงินเดือน ถ้าอยู่ในกรุงเทพและมีประสบการณ์รวม 8 ปี ตั้งไว้ที่ประมาณ 40K–55K กำลังเหมาะครับ
