ขออนุญาตสอบถามค่า ถ้าสมมติหนูลาออกจากที่เก่าวันที่ 25/05 แต่ทำงานวันสุดท้ายจริงๆวันที่ 15/05 เนื่องจากจะใช้ลาพักร้อน 6 วันค่ะ และเริ่มทำงานที่ใหม่วันที่ 18/05 สามารถทำได้ไหมคะ แบบนี้จะมีผลอะไรหรือซ้ำซ้อนประกันสังคมไหมคะ ขอบคุณมากค่ะ 🥹
(ปล. ที่ไม่ใช้วันลา 6 วันก่อนหน้า เพราะหัวหน้าขอให้ทำถึง 15/05 ค่ะ เพราะถ้าใช้วันลามันจะต้องทำวันสุดท้ายวันที่ 07/05 ซึ่งมันเร็วไปค่ะ พึ่งแจ้งลาออกไปเมื่อวันศุกร์ค่ะ)
