- Participate in vision and task determine also policy and target of Somboon Group of Companies.
- Determine policy and strategic plan of the Vice President - HR Office to be in accordance with the policies and plans of the Company also control and monitoring of the implementation.
- Control and follow up on operation of HR to align with strategy.
- Control and manage employees of Somboon Group such as employee recruitment, assessment, career path, knowledge and skill development, training and employee remuneration and welfare.
- Control and manage on totally man power using of Somboon Group and VP - HR Office. Control on amount and quality to be proper and effective.
- Control and advise in overview for responsibled departments also manage on human resource of Company to be in same direction and in line with Company policy.
- Control and advise on administration work to be in line the operation.
- Control and allocate Budget of Vice President - HR to be effective under the approved budget.
- Control and manage on wage management and Company remuneration by determine the salary structure, follow up on trend of welfare and other remunerations payment by compare with Competitors (automotive industrial) for competitiveness.
- Report the performance, problems related to HR including suggestions for prevention. adjustment and improvements to President.
- Communicate Company policy to subordinates and also control for proper and correctly implementation.
- Management on internal staff by plan, follow, determine target of operation, assess, advise and plan to develop subordinates and suggest for operation development.
- Provide a chance and develop internal executives to able to manage in their responsibled works effectively.
- Develop the works also encourage the morale of subordinates to be remain in high level.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction also respond and participate in important activity of customers.
- Determine strategy of motivation for incentive payment effectively.
- Follow up change on Law related to administration and personnel work also implement the new law to develop work / system and process to always inconsistent with new law.

- Male or Female ., 40 – 50 Years old.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, Psychology and other related fields.
- At least 15 years progressive in multinational company is preferable.
- Ability to integrate and align strategy, people and activities across functions, processes and teams.
- Innovative, Mature, proactive, high responsibility, service-minded, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
- Strong in managerial & leadership skills and able to work under pressure.
- Good decision making and problem solving skills.
- “Can do” attitude and results oriented. And Good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English both written & spoken, computer literacy required.
