We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and trained chef to assist in running our kitchen. Our cafe/ restaurant concept is a “healthy western comfort food” with an emphasis on local, organic, and creative. It is an all day brunch mini restaurant that caters for a variety of customers and occasionally does catering.
The successful applicant will have a previous experience:
- Managing a busy kitchen
- Setting menus and food pricing
- Ordering and monitoring supplies
- Planning staff schedules
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall eating experience for our customers.
