Service Management Officer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review Key Performance Index (KPI) and end-to-end performance shortages
- Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports timely
- Be responsible for costing and quotation accuracy
- Communicating with the clients and analyzing their reports and providing necessary assistance to them in making modification and corrections in their reports
- Keep a track of client database.
- Help the company in building strong client relationship
- Support CS team to manage incident with concerned parties and provide incident report.
- Be responsible for managing customer complaints of Key Account Customers.
- Any other tasks where deem necessary.
