Service Excellent Officer (Contract)

- Handle the inbound call both in Thai and English.
- Welcoming and Providing service and information to visitor.
- Assist the administrative works in the office.
- Ensure day to day operation to be process effectively.
Front Desk Service to Clients
- Welcome the client and take them to the right room.
- Inform the researchers who was responsible for the project to meet the client.
- Serve welcome drink.
- Explain the usage of facility e.g. wifi, head set, stationary etc.
- Service the client while they are in the office
- Answer basic enquiries and solve basic problems e.g. wifi not working, sound system not working
Knowledge & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relate fields
- Able to communicate both Thai and basic English
- Good personality, good manner and strong service mind
- Fresh graduates are welcome
