Role and Responsibilities
- Actively “hunt”, find and visit new customers, introduce PCS’ services and products.
- Get customer’s requirements and prepare proposals for customers.
- Reviewing sales documents with the sales manager, client, finance, legal and operations.
- Coordinate between customers and our operation team.
- Conduct site visits, prepare scope of work, costing and contract drafts
- Collect customer feedback and market research.
- Keep up to date information competitors and their activities.
- Maintain Salesforce database with customer & opportunity information
- Regular pipeline & sales activity reporting to the sales manager.
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Participate in local networking events and PCS marketing events
- Thai Nationality
- Male and Females, age between 25 – 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree is an advantage (in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and / or Facilities Management
- Good communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Well-groomed & neat appearance, good manners – ready to be “the face of the company”
- Pro-active approach to sales, “Can-Do” attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Computer literate in Microsoft office
- Able to work in Songkla, Krabi, Phuket, Choomporn, Nakornsritummaraj, Trung, Ranong, Surajthani and surrounding areas
- Understanding of business environment, companies & opportunities in Southern Thailand
- A full driving license and own personal vehicle
