Senior Technical Specialist
- Holders of CCIE in Routing & Switching, Data center, Security, Service provider, Collaboration, Wireless or CCDE.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Electrical or Electronic Engineer.
- At least 5 years up of experience
- Strong technical skills of LAN, WAN, WLAN, Video Broadband, IP Communications of CISCO.
- Proven experience in solution design, customer support, technical support, responsible for the support based on Cisco Router and Switches.
- Proven customer service and problem solving skills, working face-to-face and on-site with customers.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Deep experience and expertise in Cisco and Network management.
- Detailed theoretical and practical knowledge of IP protocols, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS), DMVPN, firewalls, and routers.
- Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting centralized network infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewall, load balancer, etc.
- Experience with large scale implementation as leader
- Good command of English in speaking, listening, and writing skill
- Fluent in Thai.
- Implement project (core service provider, core banking, Micro Design, Escalate Engineer (LV3))
- To be represent SCGS as an onsite resident for fault, incident and proactive engagement work
- Incident and Problem Management
- Trouble shooting on site (lv.3)
- Ensure that the events are handled till closure
- Check site and conduct site audits as needed
- Technical consultation to customers on product operation and configuration.
- Provide hardware and Software support to customer both over the phone and on-site.
- 24-hours mobile phone on-duty services.
- To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure.
- To maintain technical competency on assigned product range.
- To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure (vendors).
- Technical liaison with customers.
