Senior IT Support/เจ้าหน้าที่ IT อาวุโส
- Provide General IT support for end users.
- Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers and scanners
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
- Receive and Response to customer call/e-mail.
- Logging and Tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems as cases.
- Identify the types, categories, severity and urgency of the case.
- Control and follow up customer cases in order to comply with customer’s Service Level Agreement.
- Provide Support for VIP’s user.
- Coordinate on project activities and update project status to Project manager (PM. Base on Singapor).
- Weekly report Incident and Service request case support to costummer’s IT manager.
- Montly meeting with Supervisor.
