Exchange tower / Asoke
- Maintain payroll system
- Generate and submit social security report
- Generate and submit provident fund and insurance
- Prepare journal entries
- Coordinating PND.1,3,53 , PP.30, PP.36 and PND.54 and other tax forms as assigned.
- Handling Fixed Assets Register and Depreciation.
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare tax computations and returns
- Handling cash flow
- Account/bank reconciliations
- Review and process expense reports, and financial reports
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Budgeting and keeping track
- Coordinate with Lawyers and government officials as required in day-to-day work
Qualifications to perform the job:
- Thai national
- Male/female, aged between 25-35
- Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- Minimum 3 year experience in Accounting and Administrative works
- Experience in working with an international company is prefered
- Experience with using accounting software e.g. Express Accounting
- Must be well organized, open minded, solve problems systematically and analytically, service minded and good team player
- Good English proficiency
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps.
