Sales Manager/ Sales Supervisor ( Luxury Watch / Garment / Beverage )
- Plan for Modern Trade , Traditional Trade , Dealer and Cash Van ’s sales promotion to be consistent to Sale target
- Visit and follow up lack of products in each channel.
- Manage total chain accounts to ensure all objectives and target achievement
- Develop overall business development strategies and plan from input and understanding that align with appropriate channel business plan for total chain accounts.
- Analysis the sale strategy to improve the sale volumes.
- Responsible for building and managing P&L for assigned region / accounts
- Negotiate , control and manage trading terms and assigned budgets to reach the most effective conditions.
- Maintain the relationships with the current client.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Hospitality Management or related
- Minimum 5 years experiences for Sales Manager and 2 years for Sales Supervisor
- Strong knowledge and experience in luxury watch , garment and beverage products.
- Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
- Good command in English.
- Computer- literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
