Core Tasks & Responsibilities:
Directs their sales team to sell and promote the company’s products and services while at the same time promoting other services at all times. Identifies market needs and developments managing the team to achieve sales target and in order to continuously increase sales volumes and profitability. The primary focus of the position is to train and manages the sales staff to generate new business/ project and develop business relations with existing clients and key accounts. Works closely with Managing Director on guarding 's sales and marketing planning and strategies. Maintains and applies all company policies.
- Thai nationality only, Male/ Female.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales management.
- Excellent sales, presentation, negotiation, ethical and leadership skills are a must.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
