PRTR was originally established as a company providing permanent recruitment services and has expanded to become a complete supplier of HR and operational outsourcing services. PRTR's 2015 turnover was 2.4 Billion Baht and we have achieved over 20% year on year growth for the past 5 years. Due to continued expansion PRTR’s Executive Division is looking to continue its organic growth by recruiting an ambitious Business Development Executive to join and grow existing and new accounts and ensure PRTR continues to maintain its position as market leader.
BANGKOK – B2B SALES
- Responsible for optimizing the sales in an existing database or executive recruitment team.
- Focus on selling PRTR Executive’s solutions to new and existing clients, consulting with clients on their recruitment needs
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the recruitment cycle
- Consulting with clients on job specifications and requirements.
- Planning out search objectives, strategies, and timelines.
- Contacting, screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability.
- Assisting in negotiations with candidates and clients.
- Manage the business process from start to finish in line with individual and team KPIs.
- Develop strategies that will attract customers and ensure that the sales are maximized
- Managing and coordinating senior level recruitment projects to ensure assignments are completed on time and to the clients’ satisfaction.
- Promoting PRTR solutions in order to develop new business opportunities.
- Reporting to and working alongside a Recruitment Manager.
- Educated to university degree level or above
- 2+ years of work experience ideally in recruitment or B2B sales
- Willingness to learn and take risks to deliver exceptional results.
- Natural desire to take on responsibility and work to a high standard of accuracy.
- Well organized and able to multi-task in order to complete projects on time and to the satisfaction of both clients and candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a very good command of both spoken and written English.

Since PRTR’s establishment in Thailand in 1990, we have been a part of a roller coaster ride called Thailand's economy.
