- Achieving sales, profitability and budget goals.
- Establishing relationships to develop account plans and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and developing new business/accounts.
- Identifying and developing opportunity pipelines for existing and new products.
- Possessing a deep knowledge and understanding of product features and services.
- Understanding the basic production & technical aspects of the products..
- Engineered Solution Selling approach: identifying customers’ major needs and communicating how our products can meet those needs.
- Applying a basic consultative sales approach and negotiation skills in sales.
- Resolving issues with customers
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the industry.
- 1-2 years experience in a sales associated role.
- Male / Female , Age 22 - 30 Years Old
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good command of Read/Writing English
- Good command of general computer program such as MS Office , MS Outlook.
- Able to travel up country.
- Have own car with license.
