What are my responsibilities?
- Maintain and develop sales volume against EBIT follow BTA as agreed from HQ. Strengthen the stretch target as always challenge.
- Responsible to increase market share for EM LP Distribution Business Unit
- To establish maintain and improve on customer contacts and ensure ready availability of market intelligence through effective customer intelligence and communication.
- Support and influence on pre-sales specification and develop success oriented strategies for the marketed projects
- Keep abreast with all new products development and proper documented competitor information
- Effectively communicate and brief market developments and decisions to the superior - Head of Division/Department
- Abide and adhere to a high standard of business ethics and maintain exemplary conduct according to Siemens' Business Conduct Guidelines and all Compliance Guidelines, Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineer or related field
- Minimum 10 years working experience in distribution business and channel management for LV & Electrification Business
- Good communication skills, team player and mentoring skills
- Good command of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
