Regional Sales Manager - Bangkok Retails
Location : Kingkaew , Samutprakarn
Position Required : 1 Position
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage sales team by coaching, motivating, supervise, delegating and follow up to achieve sales target and gross margin budget.
- Expand business opportunities by opening new potential customers/ branches in responded area to achieve company’s strategy plan.
- Develop and maintain effective relationship with present and prospective customers through regular schedule of visit in order to increase market share, create awareness and recognition of Jotun’s products to various parties concerned.
- Support sales and marketing activities by effectively promoting to prospect customers to achieve company’s targets.
- Keep management regularly informed about the market situation, competitor’ activities and customers’ feedback by reporting, meeting, etc.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
- Relevant 5- 7 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Good English Skilll and Computer Proficiency.
- People Management, Business Development, Bottom Line focus, Systematic Approach.
