Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT Support, 1st and 2nd level service support to end users.
- Perform call management, problem isolation & problem solving faced by and users over the telephone
- e-mail and escalation of problem in a prompt manner.
- Install Hardware/Software for standalone PC, Notebook, Mobile, devices, printer etc.
- Administer the application of Windows Operating System, WINS, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Sever etc.
- Trains local users on the utilization of Hardware and Software (i.e. Microsoft Product).
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Experience : 3-5 years in IT technical support in PC, sever, telecommunication.
