- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Computer related, or any other fields.
- Thai Nationality, Female only.
- Minimum 2-3 year working experiences in recruitment IT,recruitment Agency function in IT business.
- Able to work independently to perform a full life-cycle of recruitment function
- Sourcing IT, Programmer or any Non-IT related positions.
- Active, enthusiastic, service-minded, strategic thinking, fast learning, and good interpersonal skill.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem solving skills
- can work in a dynamic environment under pressure
- Good command in English.
- Manage the full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate interviews, resume submittals, reference checking and offer negotiations
- & screening, interviewing, producing our standard resumes and providing executive summaries
- Search for qualified candidates from our database
- Conduct interview with qualified candidates to support our clients in various industries including IT,
- Offer job vacancy to candidates. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client , Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Coordinate interview schedules and closely following up on the progress,Maintain recruitment database accuratel.
- Creativity in sourcing passive and active talents in targeted sourcing tools e.g. social networking, website, referrals, etc
- Achieve recruitment target that assigned by Recruitment Mgr.
