- To handle customer complaint to ensure that concerned party get the feedback timely
- Handling customer complaint for both Laemchabang and Pinthong II plant
- Record all activities under QAD responsibilities, such as the complaint sample receiving date, investigation date and approved date to ensure that the complaint is responded timely.
- Liaise with the concerned parties to gather the production and quality record, conduct testing/simulated testing, etc. for investigating the complaint effectively.
- Liaise with the concern parties for the proper corrective actions and follow up such corrective action.
- Respond the investigation result and the corrective actions in PeopleSoft and e-mail, if needed.
- Categorize the customer complaint according to Customer Complaint Category Standard
- Summarize the customer complaint in various dimensions and the corrective action monthly basis, including analyze the data for improvement.
- Propose the further improvement.
- Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
- Male/Female, Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Biotechnology
- At least 3 years experience in QA/QC function
- Possess basic knowledge of HACCP/GMP/ISO9001 concept
- English Proficiency
- Able to work at Laemchabang & Pinthong 2 Industrial Estate (Sriracha, Chonburi)
