Overall Position Purpose
To source, benchmark and purchase goods and services at the most cost effective measures, at the right quantity and quality with minimized contractual risks.
To be the key focal point of contact for fulfillment and order management for all Purchase Request.
Ensuring the authorizing officer approves all purchase requests and purchases are fulfilled according to the standard set out in the SLA.
To meet and manage Suppliers, warehousing support for all supplies and
services, ensuring that the purchases are fulfilled as per the timeline and costs agreed to.
To streamline all supplies back-end supply chain to support requestors.
To manage the demand and supply, shortages and excess for all purchase goods.
To manage the purchase order process for all purchasing requirements.
To ensure compliance on all procured categories and savings are achieved at all time.
To participate in cost management projects aimed at reducing PCS’s purchasing expenditure. Track and publish all savings monthly/Quarterly
To identify opportunities for leveraging PCS’s purchasing power and make recommendations to the Senior Purchasing Officer
