Basic Salary Range: Up to 100K
- Develop Communication Strategy base on Business Plan and the strategic direction.
- Responsible for all communication: Brand campaign, Product campaign, tactical campaign.
- Manage national marketing communication campaigns relating to brand, products, launch, tactical promotions, co-branding and event as well as dealer campaigns to effectively achieve the corporate and sales objectives and support the brand values, in line with the Corporate Identity guidelines
- Deliver effective and aligned communication measures for Corporate. Adapt centrally developed material (e.g. launch and lifecycle campaigns) to market specific needs and guarantee consistency of creative lead idea throughout all channels / target groups.
- Manage the brand identity and increase the brand value and brand strength against major competitors in premium segment based on brand target set in Marketing Plan, white running marketing measures to support sales.
- Direct & Steer the team members to achieve the objective and support to achieve sales target and profit.
- Supervise the direction of communication package for events and exhibitions.
- Planning and production major retail marketing activities to directly support retail marketing.
- Provide appropriate communication plans and tools for the effective material, incl. the individual dealers.
- Establish and Implement Corporate Identity guidelines affecting all sales and Marketing Activities
- Steer & supervisor online communications & CRM activities for holistic communication approaches.
- Sponsorship and brand & product placement.
- Steering/ supervision creative agency. Monitor performance of agency for the production and execution.
- Develop and execute an integrated media strategic for all channels. Managing an effective media selection within the budget. Supervise Media Agency and key point of control for media planning, booking and media cooperation.
- Manage and control the effective communication within agreed budget.
- Yearly Brand Monitor research and others Brand or Customer Researches (upon requests)
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree on Business Administration in Marketing
- Fluent in Thai and English, Excellent communication skill especially in writing and speaking.
- In depth understanding skills and communication skills, collaboration and organization.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, collaboration and organization.
- Having ability to interact and cooperate with internal and external parties
- Having ability to manage multiple and parallel projects.
- Strong leadership / people management skill.
- Flexibility, creativity, dynamic, result oriented and time management skills.
- 5 years of experience in Marketing Communication or Advertising management.
