Key Account / Project Manager – Export clients / Gifts and Merchandise Based in Silom/Fluent in English (and/or master a language German/French/Italian/Spanish)

Who we are & What do we do?
We are a product design, development and procurement company (established 2003), structured in three flexible teams based respectively in Bangkok, Ningbo and Shenzhen(China). We are active in design and manufacture of Gifts and Premiums, Merchandising and Point of Sales Items for the worldwide Beverage Industry (Heineken, Coca-Cola, Chivas etc), with most clients in Europe.
In detail this means:
BKK office: 18 people involved in sales and production there under: 3 Senior Key Accounts and + 5 Junior Key accounts + staff from Production, Finance and Admin department.Blue Spice Design Studios (Implemented in our BKK office): 10 people working on 2D and 3D design developments.
Ningbo Office: Assists our BKK office by coordination logistics, Quality control and sample sending to clients.
Shenzhen Office: same as Ningbo office.:
What will be your daily duties?
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Take care independently of some of our foreign speaking clients (French, German, Spanish or English, depending on your language assets), by receiving their product requests and ideas, discussing projects with them over the phone and handling them weekly reports of our productions in progress. As we already have a stable client base, you will focus on improving our current relations with them, (by taking over particular accounts) which shall enable us to increase our sales volume on the mid-/ and long-term with these customers.
- Sourcing and preparing quotes: After receiving your clients project, it will be discussed in our daily sales meeting where we have a in depth evaluation of all requests received from all Key Accounts from and where we share our knowledge and discuss the best way of handling each project. Depending on the complexity of each project, you will need to discuss in depth with our partner factories several aspects concerning feasibility, price and possible alternatives to be able to offer competitive solutions to our clients.
- Coordination and Communication internally between Production team, Design team and our Ningbo office: By handling specific projects for your clients, you will need to involve other colleagues who will be taking over side projects such as designing sketches or follow up calls with our partner factories. The person in charge of the side project will receive a brief from you and it will be your duty to follow up daily to ensure you get all the requested information back in time.
- Typical types of projects will be: the design and production of Point of Sales furniture for example for an international vodka brand such as Grey Goose in several duty free outlets. Or an on-pack giveaway for bottles of Chivas Whisky in Dubai. Etc.
What is your profile?
- You can work independently on complex projects and are used to take decisions on your own
- You possess strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English, German, French or Spanish. Foreign language skills would definitely be an advantage
- You are dynamic, results oriented and highly flexible.
- You are proactive, self-motivated and possess very good negotiation and adaptation skills
- You are hard-working and able to work under pressure

Salary and compensations:
- Salary Monthly salary from 22.000 to 45.000 THB per month depending on experience and profile.
