EMAS Energy is equipped to address the growing needs of the energy lifecycle with fully integrated onshore and offshore well intervention, drilling services, modern equipment and the support of advanced marine vessels. IT Helpdesk Analyst (Chonburi)
Provide Desktop, Laptop, User account, IT support to all users in Thailand offices
Deploy IT equipment to new employees
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
Provide technical assistance to computer system users concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems, projectors, telephone system, video conference equipment and other related IT equipment.
Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Resolve IT and communications problems onshore and offshore
- Thai Nationality only
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
- Knowledge of TCP/ IP network would be an advantage
- At least 1-7 years experiences in computer hardware (PC, Notebook, UPS, Printer Server), Network, General Software or used to be setup, install and support PC, wireless LAN, wiring LAN cable
- Good in written and spoken English
- Have own car & driver license
- Able to relocate to Sattahip, Chonburi
