HR Senior Executive / Assistant Manager/ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายบุคคล
Execute end to end recruitment activities including advertisement, screening of applicants, liaising with recruitment agencies, coordinating of interviews, application of work passes and on-boarding.
Compensation & Benefit (C&B)
Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjustment of the budgets; coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits review and introduction, etc.
(i) Coordinate Internship/Management Trainee programme with stakeholders, including effective planning of programme, monitoring of attendance and performance evaluation.
(ii) Administer addition and deletion of employee to company employee Insurance scheme, facilitate on claims settlement between employees and insurer.
(iii) Coordinate Training enrolment, and maintain of timely and accurate data into HRIS system
(iv) Assist with planning, coordination and provide other logistics with staff welfare activities including health promotion, annual dinner, and incentive trip.
(v) Prepare Monthly (Headcounts, Payroll, Accident Report) and ad hoc Reports consolidate new Joins data for marketing News Letter and printing of staff passes.
(vi) Verify Medical Certificate with leave application and attendance record.
(vii) Attend to staff queries on HR matters.
