- Education : Bachelors Degree with major in Business, Psychology or HR
- Experience : At least 5-year of HR experience in similar industry (distributor, manufacturing) with large organizations.
- Language : English & Fluency in local language
- Skill : Solid Organizational skills Trained & fluent on local labor laws, employment practices.
Has experience managing a HR team. Ability to play both strategic and execution roles.
Overall Job Objective : Own overall Human Resource strategy(HR) for the entire Distributor operations spanning the Main Site and all the branches. HR Manager responsible for building people and leadership capability, developing an adaptive and competitive organization and creating a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the Company. To fulfill this responsibility, the HR Manager plays four roles: Business Partner, Change Agent, Employee Champion, and Administrative Expert.
