Drive individual hotel performance by actively partnering with our existing network of hotels. Responsible for managing pricing, promotions, and renegotiations with the hotels.
- Daily outbound calls to assigned hotels to establish and enhance the relationship by promoting and sharing latest information about NIDA Rooms.
- Educate the partner hotels on NIDA Rooms strategy on occupancy and bookings.
- Drive the hotels to participate in the latest promotions from NIDA Rooms.
- Renegotiate better room prices from hotel partners.
- Answer inbound calls from partner hotels and assist them addressing problems, issues, room blocks, price changes, etc.
- Share location demand and performance data with the hotels.
- Discuss quality issues identified by internal departments.
- Reschedule calls with hotels if needed.
- Minute the calls, action items, and follow up line items into the CRM software.
- Create weekly reports.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
*FRESH GRADS (Bachelor’s degree) AND THOSE WITH CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
