Head of Compensation & Benefit
Skillsolved Co., Ltd.
In charge of overall rewards and executive compensation framework, methodology, policies, and governance structure including rewards process, programs and tools to ensure they are attractive for employees, and comply with Thai labor laws.
Work closely with Head of HR in each business units in order to formulate budgets, establishing budget controls, and determining rewards and benefits solutions.
Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package and company policy that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives
Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
Assess employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
Communicate company vision and direction to subordinates to create mutual understanding and coordination.
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any related field.
At least 10 year experiences in full spectrum of Human Resources management.
Experience in dealing with Senior Management.
Hand on experience in overall rewards and executive compensation.
Proven ability to structure administration and information flows.
Strong analytical skill.
