- Plan and drive HR Strategies through talent development, employee engagement, and organization development to support business needs.
- Development performance management system, competencies, KPIs, and implement succession planning and talent management program.
- Analyze problems and provide solution in term of organization development
- Identify training and development needs along with developing training contents and learning activities to enhance employee capabilities.
- Facilitate communication among employees and management. Oversee the organizational communications programs and processes.
- Create evaluation process for training effectiveness.
- Develop international communication tools and activities to ensure that messages are delivered to target group with a proper time.
- Bachelor or higher in Human Resource or any relate fields
- Direct experience in HRD or HROD with over 5 years
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and creative
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft office
- Very good command of written and spoken English
