Front Desk Manager
Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers.
Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk.
Participate morning briefing, or organize afternoon hand-over briefing weekly and disseminate information to Reception team as soon as possible.
Greet guests as time permits at lobby and assists Receptionist during busy period.
Scheduling your staff roster.
Male or female, Thai nationality, aged between 27 - 40 years old.
Bachelor Degree or higher in any field.
At least 5 years experience to management in Hotel, Service Apartment or related field.
