Proven experience as head of sales project selling
Good command of English and computer literate
Develop and Implements the Sales plan and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of all revenue and profitability objectives.
Manages sales operational expenses and other costs to insure profitability targets are met.
Well-developed interpersonal impact and influencing skills to manage external and internal stakeholders
Develops or participates in the development of client solutions as required.
Provides timely reporting to senior management regarding sales, marketing, and business activities.
Oversees and manages team of international sellers and service support agents to penetrate target international markets and maximize productivity
Works with other members of the leadership team in an effective manner to ensure overall Profit Centre performance
Advise customers on market conditions, trend, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Develops and leads the sales segment to achieve financial goals.
Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future sales opportunity.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing
and new products.
Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and utilize network connection to generate new sales leads to the company.
Manages and delivers all related sales performance.
Assists sales team members in preparation of their proposals and presentations.
Ensures that the sales team members meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, revenue generation
and margin. Implement the target and report system to monitor the sales productivity.
Prepares and executes action plans for the identification of sales leads and new prospects.
