Level : Manager- Senior Manager
Job purpose in general:
- To recruite a digitalization proposition manager to fulfill dtac digital ambition
- Participate in projects (including international) as a product/project manager who takes a full responsibility of service development/enhancement project deliverables with a collaboration with other marketing units and IT within the organization
- Translate business requirements to solutions, including developing and enhancing the customer journey/experience, of digital services: service subscription, e-invoice, e-payment, e-refill, affiliate marketing, digitized customer journeys, and B2B/B2B2C affiliate marketing
- Report and analyze the service performance, e.g. availability, usage, digital analytics, and click-through-rate
- Take a full responsibility of measuring the service performance and planning the improvement roadmap of responsible digital services
- At least 5 years of experience in e-business, product development, product management, and online analytics
- At least 3 years of agile way of work (beside the traditional project management), and at least 2 years of experience in service design methodology
- Solid knowledge in e-payment, financial services, and online self-service technologies for customer convenience
- Good command of English - communication and presentation
- Strong interpersonal skill and teamwork with a great digital mindset
- Experience with digital service transformation is a plus
