In Thailand, we are a leading manufacturer of cigarette filters. The company, which is located in Bangkhuntien area of Bangkok, has been established in Thailand for 42 years and the business has been growing rapidly during the past 10 years. To support our business expansion, the company is seeking a complement & energetic personnel to join our dynamic team.
CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
Salary Range: 25K – 35K
- Manage customer service function to support sales team to meet organization goal.
- Manages all Customer Service Representatives
- Manage of customer complaint
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in BA, Marketing or other fields
- At least 4 years in a customer or sales services roles
- Experiences in import & export documents and process
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well familiar with MS Office Applications
- Good command of English
WORKING CONDITIONS & FRINGE BENEFITS:
- Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5.00 pm. and Saturday 8-12 am.
