Customer Service Relationship (Outbound Officer)
- Call, inform, query, qualifies, sell, refer, escalate, assist, resolve and respond to customer's inquiries, concern, promotional and products information in collaboration with customer service team and other departments
- Assist, support marketing strategies on customer conversion, customer retention
- Encourage new/repeated purchases so as to contribute to revenue growth and business goals.
- Record, interpret, consolidate, prepare and submit customers correspondence content, data and feedback
- Provide relevant stakeholders with customer's communication for learning, analysis and decision making
- Support execution of initiatives for process, system and service enhancements

- Not over than 30 years old
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in their native language
- Able to speak, read and understand English
- Good computer skills and in Microsoft applications.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Basic analytical / information gathering skills
- 1-3 years' experience with outbound communication
